At Taylor Law Offices, we help individuals throughout Iowa create family law solutions tailored to the needs of their families.

Juvenile Law

Although most juvenile crimes are similar to those for adult offenders, the penalties and laws associated with juvenile crimes are substantially different. Two of the most significant differences are that juveniles are not entitled to a trial by jury nor are they allowed to be released on bail. A juvenile offender is anyone between the ages of ten and seventeen.

Perhaps bankruptcy is really the best solution for you but it is a determination that requires a full and fair evaluation of your cicumstances. At Taylor Law Offices, you may discuss freely with an experienced bankruptcy attorney who will evaluate your situation to determine the best and most complete financial solution for your situation.

Wills

A Last Will and Testament (a "Will") is a document which takes effect after you "pass". It has many purposes, but the most important purpose is to provide the "Testator" (the person issuing the Will) with peace of mind while they are alive that their wishes will be carried out after they pass.

Criminal Law

Know this much: you are innocent until proven guilty for a reason. Do not take this for granted. With the right attorney protecting your rights, you can make sure your future is protected. At Taylor Law Offices, we represent the accused throughout Iowa. Whether you have been arrested for drunk driving or drug possession, we will never ask you to plead guilty.

Appeals

The appeals process is based largely on written briefs and verbal arguments. Your attorney should have significant experience researching and writing appellate briefs. Your attorney should also have significant experience arguing cases before appellate judges. Taylor Law Offices has this experience to properly and aggressively represent your legal interests.
